Expanding Past 2022 and flying through 2024!

We have been lucky enough to need new premises through 2022 and 2024 for the Solid Surface Fabricator side of the Vanity-Hall group of companies due to a large push on business both commercially and privately. On this page we have uploaded images of the additional unit’s progress, from empty shell to a fully kitted-out Fabrication plant!

We’re all incredibly proud of the need for expansion and that alone shows how hard we have worked to bring this new business into VH Surface’s new home. The VH Surfaces Ship, expertly sailed by our Director Will Hall, has navigated ‘rough waters’ in the Solid Surface Industry to come out the other side of the storm with renewed vigor, and many more new clients to provide new products as their new Solid Surface Fabricator, serving and creating through 2024 and beyond!

Situated right next-door to our furniture and joinery factories and joined via shutter, we now have an additional 12,000 square feet solely for the purpose of increasing our capacity as a Solid Surface Fabricator using Thermoforming, CNC techniques plus more traditional fabricating techniques to create beautiful Solid Surface products.
